سِياسَةُ المُجتَمَع / Management
1ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): المُلكُ سِياسَةٌ.
1– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Sovereignty is
[efficient] management.’

2ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): آفَةُ الزُّعَماءِ ضَعفُ السِّياسَةِ.
2– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'The downfall of leading politicians is
[due to] their poor management.’

3ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): حُسنُ السِّياسَةِ يَستَدِيمُ الرِّياسةَ.
3– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Good management prolongs one's
[term of] leadership.’

4ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): حُسنُ السِّياسَةِ قِوامُ الرَّعِيَّةِ.
4– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Good management acts as a support for one's subjects.’

5ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): حسُنُ التَّدبيرِ وتَجَنَّبُ التَّبذيرِ من حُسنِ السِّياسَةِ.
5– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Efficient organisation and avoidance of squandering is part of good management.’

6ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): سُوءُ التَّدبيرِ سَبَبُ التَّدميرِ.
6– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Disorganisation is the cause of destruction.’

7ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): مِلاكُ السِّياسَةِ العَدلُ .
7– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'The yardstick of good management is justice.’

8ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): رَأسُ السِّياسَةِ استِعمالُ الرِّفقِ .
8– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'The peak of good management is the employment of moderation.’

9ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): الاحتِمالُ زَينُ السِّياسَةِ.
9– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'Tolerance is the adornment of management.’

سِياسَةُ النَّفسِ / Management of One's Self
10ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): مَن ساسَ نَفسَهُ أدرَكَ السِّياسَةَ.
10– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'He who is able to manage his own self truly understands management.’

11ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): سُـوسُوا أنـفُسَكُم بالوَرَعِ ، وداوُوا مَرضاكُم بالصَّدَقَةِ.
11– Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Manage your selves with piety, and cure the sick ones from among you with charity.’

12ـ الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): مِن حَقِّ المَلِكِ أن يَسُوسَ نَفسَهُ قَبلَ جُندِهِ.
12– Imam Ali (AS) said, 'It is the duty of a king to manage his own self before his army.’
